Signing of a Marine Project Contract in Platamonas, Pieria, entitled: Dealing with the erosion of the coast of D.D. Platamonas and Budget: 3.520.000 €

The description and essential features of the project include the construction of seven (7) submerged breakwaters, replenishment of the coast with sand in a length of approximately 1,150 m, as well as the demolition of two (2) T-shaped cantilevers and six (6) small cantilevers.

The above proposed projects were designed based on the geometric features proposed by the coastal engineering investigation, as well as the conclusions of the geotechnical design.
