connection to existing water storage reservoirs for the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Chalkida in the areas of Mytikas and Vasiliko.<\/p><p>Following the severe damage caused by weather event \u201cThaleia\u201d in 2020, many boreholes located near the Lilantas River suffered extensive damage due to flooding.
