The hydraulic project, with a budget of \u20ac3.9 M undertaken by the specialized team of SICAP, concerns the proper operation of the internal network of the city of Karystos, in which the construction of three subnetworks with the accompanying technical works is foreseen.

The replacement of the old network is imperative, as it has far the expected service life of water distribution systems which is approximately 40 years. Continuous connections with rubber rings do not ensure complete watertightness, because of which water losses are increased, while the construction materials are outdated and incompatible with modern fittings.
With the installation of new pipelines (3rd generation HDPE), a network resistant to hydraulic shock phenomena will be formed without weak points in terms of strength and watertightness.\u00a0

Purpose of the project:<\/strong> \u03a4\u03bf improve the quality of drinking water and eliminate network failures and water losses, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable water supply system for the region!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
