The SICAP Engineering Team undertook the hydraulic project, with a total budget of \u20ac 4.86 M. The primary goal is to expand and modernize the sewage network in the city of Karystos.<\/p>

The overall actions include:<\/p>

  • Earthworks (excavations, removals, backfilling)<\/li>
  • Concrete constructions, waterproofing, building works<\/li>
  • Construction of pipeline networks<\/li>
  • Electromechanical & electrical works<\/li><\/ul>

    The proposal to improve the sewage system in the area arose due to the limited dimensions of the existing sewage pipes, which caused household wastewater to remain untreated and increased the risk of pollution due to required overflows.<\/p>

    Upon completion of the project, a unified network will be established for the entire settlement, efficiently directing wastewater to the existing Karystos Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will handle the exclusive treatment of untreated water.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
