\u00a0SICAP Team successfully undertook the modernization and improvement of the Fishing Shelter in the coastal area of Mytikas in the Municipality of Preveza. It is about a remarkable development project, with a total budget of \u20ac2.3 \u039c, which will satisfy a long-standing request of the fishermen and the residents!<\/p>

This project used resources from the co-financed program INTERREG (Greece-Italy) AI SMART Project 2020-2023. <\/strong>INTERREG (<\/strong>Greece- <\/strong>Italy) <\/strong>AI <\/strong>SMART <\/strong>Project 2020-2023 .<\/strong><\/p>

The overall works concerned:<\/p>

  • Reconstruction of the external armor for the breakwater pier and construction of the bumper wall.<\/li>
  • Extension and reconstruction of the leeward and breakwater piers.<\/li>
  • Construction of a \"wooden catwalk\" on the sandy beach to provide secure new temporary boat moorings.<\/li>
  • Building a lifting\/ launching berth, especially for small boats to enhance the functionality of the shelter.<\/li>
  • Provisions of water \u2013 electricity supply & boat mooring equipment (line rings, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>

    In the context of further improving the project, in the context of the further improvement of the project, additional works were carried out:<\/p>

    • Support for the slopes of the land coastal area of A.K. was constructed with wire boxes, as there were landslides on its slopes.<\/li>
    • Construction of patches for the mooring of boats<\/li>
    • Construction of the coastal road connecting the windward and leeward pier, with combed coating, its fencing and fully electrified with LED lighting<\/li><\/ul>

      These were included in the\u03b7<\/sup> 1st Supplementary Works Contract amounting to \u20ac266,5K<\/p>

      \u0391lso, for the further safety of the slopes in the fishing shelter of Mytikas, SICAP was declared the contractor for the project \"Emergency removal of falls - slope support and restoration of access roads after <\/strong>landslide to complete the project <\/strong>\" Improvement - modernization of fishing shelter Mytika D. Preveza\" <\/strong>on time with a total budget of \u20ac639,2K (including VAT), completing the above project within two months and the support of the beachfront of Mytikas Preveza. With this new approach, SICAP offers residents and visitors a comprehensive project \u2013 a \"gem\" for the area.<\/p><\/div>

      The new Fishing Shelter can accommodate more boats with modern, safe mooring infrastructure for fishing and tourist vessels. This enhancement will also elevate the area by showcasing its natural beauty!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
