At the 16^th Panorama of Entrepreneurship & Career Development, an institution that connects young graduates with businesses and ideas, our company proudly participated. Representing us, Ms. Matina Kiliari, CEO of SICAP CONSTRUCTIONS and SABO FILIERE, took part as a speaker on a panel discussing Family Businesses.

Through an open and sincere conversation, she had the opportunity to share her experience and insights on the advantages of family businesses, such as a strong sense of commitment, a shared culture, and common values, as well as the challenges they face.
In closing, together with the other panelists, she shared her message and advice for the new generation of entrepreneurs who will take on the leadership of their own family businesses.
