Pier Extension of the Port of Leipsoi

Pier Extension of the Port of Leipsoi

Scope: Construction of a new 310-meter absorptive quay wall, equipped with modern infrastructure for water supply, power distribution, and fire safety.

Budget: 1.140.000 € 

Location: Leipsoi

Extension & Upgrade of the Fishing Shelter at Skala Patmos

Scope:
Extension of the existing port infrastructure (68.85 m) to reinforce quay protection and improve mooring capabilities.

The shelter now offers all essential infrastructure for both private and commercial vessels.

Budget: €2.056.451,61 (VAT exempt)

Construction of the Central Port of Fournoi
(North Quay)

Scope:
Expansion and widening of the North Quay, including an absorptive quay wall and stern ramp for passenger/vehicle vessels.

Technical challenges included:

  • Water depth up to 35m (35m),
  • Slope inclinations up to 45% (έως 45%),
  • Poor subsoil (loose silty sand)

Solution: Geotechnical reinforcement using gravel piles at 4 different levels.

Budget: 6.900.000 €

Port of Pisaetos Ithaca

Scope: Expansion and modernization of the existing port, enhancing capacity and overall functionality.

Key works include:

  • 7,680 m² of reclaimed land κατά 7.680 m²
  • Construction of new road access
  • Upgrade of building infrastructure

Budget: 6.640.000 €

Upgrade of the Fishing Shelter of Kopraina

Scope:
Full upgrade of marine and land infrastructure.

Including:

  • Construction of windward and leeward breakwaters
  • Redesign of the waterfront
  • Installation of floating dock
  • Shoreline infrastructure works

Budget: 3.400.000 €

Restoration following the extreme weather event of 26.02.2018

Project 1 – Fishing Shelter of Chorefto

  • Reconstruction of quay wall and revetment
  • Supplementary armoring
  • Dredging of port basin

Restoration following the extreme weather event of 26.02.2018

Project 2 – Ai Giannis Fishing Shelter & Agioi Saranta Waterfront

  • Repair, reinforcement & extension of protective wall
  • Armoring restoration
  • Dredging & MEP works

Budget: 1.300.000 €

Location: Magnesia

Upgrade & Modernization of the Port of Kymi

Scope: Completion of the North Port Basin and construction of new quay walls on the western and southern sides (total length: 450 m)

Goal: Enhance access and service capacity for vessels.

Budget: 8.979.000 €

Improvement and Extension of the Windward Breakwater at Karystos Port

Scope: The project involves the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the pavement on the existing windward breakwater, its extension with an internal quay wall, as well as dredging of the port basin and execution of electromechanical (E/M) works.

Goal: Expansion and widening of the North Quay, including an absorptive quay wall and stern ramp for passenger/vehicle vessels.

Budget: 3.300.000 €

Έργα Παράκτιας Προστασίας & Ανάπλασης Ακτών Δήμου Αβίας & Μαντινείας

(Sub-project 1: Akrogiali / Sub-project 2: Surrounding areas outside Mantineia and Akrogiali)

Scope:
The project includes the construction of groynes made of natural stone and boulders, wave breakers, beach nourishment using sediment, and additional coastal armoring structures.

Goal: To mitigate coastal erosion, protect the seafront infrastructure, and enhance the natural shoreline of the region.

Budget: 9.770.000 €
