SABO S.A. – The parent company of the Group, founded in 1984, is one of the leading companies worldwide specialized in providing turnkey solutions for the Heavy Clay Industry with commercial presence in more than 64 countries worldwide. The company specializes also in other industrial sectors by providing Automation and Robotic Systems for material handling and packaging, turnkey Electrical solutions and Industrial Automation, services for heavy industrial units, as well as custom equipment and integrated solutions for Solid Waste Management.
SABO Filiere S.A. – Greece, founded in 1997, specializes in the production of Heavy Clay Extrusion Dies and spare parts for soil treatment machines. In recent years, the Company has realized targeted investments and has expanded its activities to industries such as cement, energy, mining etc., also offering on-site retreading services.
Established in 2007 in Turin, this R&D hub supports the Group’s innovation in custom design solutions for brick production and contributes to the Environmental technologies’ Sales Network in the Italian market.
Sabo Utilaje și Automatizări S.r.l. – Romania, founded in 2010, with the goal to expand in the Environmental and the Industrial Automations sectors in Romania and the Balkans. Currently the Company covers all sectors of SABO S.A. in the Romanian market.
SICAP A.T.E – Greece. Founded in 1992 and specializes in Infrastructure projects for the Public & Private Sector, Energy & Environmental Projects, Hydraulic projects as well as Industrial and Residential constructions.
