Construction of the port project, located in the "Alexandra Beach" hotel on the island of Thassos, is rapidly progressing under the guidance of the SICAP team.

 Based on the project study, the shelter will be constructed entirely on land within the hotel property. Breakwaters will be built into the sea to protect the shoreline.

Concerning the Wave Penetration Study as well, the development of ripples is huge and requires:

• The breakwaters, composed of 5-8 ton natural boulders, will be carefully constructed to dissipate wave energy and safeguard the harbor basin effectively.
• The quay walls, designed with special absorbent architecture, are intended to dissipate wave energy and minimize reflection.
