Opening of the Fishing Shelter of Ag. Anna with musical notes and a cheerful crowd!

The long-awaited opening of the new port took place on Monday, February 5, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of the Regional Governor of Central Greece, Fanis Spanos, the Mayor of Mantoudi – Limni – Ag. Anna, Giorgos Tsapourniotis and His Eminence Metropolitan of Chalkida, Istiaia, and N.Sporades, Mr. Chrysostomos!

Distinguished guests and esteemed local authorities were at the event, including Deputy Minister of Rural Development & Food, Dionisis Stamenitis, the Secretary-General for European Fund & Infrastructure, Dimitris Papagiannidis, and the Deputy Regional Governor of Central Greece, Giorgos Kelaiditis!
This great opening was attended by the CEO of SABO, Eugenia Kiliari, with the Head of Construction Managers, Nikolao Tsima! 

This landmark project will promote local fishing and tourism on the island of Evia and the surrounding region.
